Printing Debit Memos

You may print debit memos when you view, create, or change a debit memo. When you are creating a new debit memo or changing an existing debit memo, you will be asked whether or not you would like to print. Select yes and command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

Printing an existing debit memo:

1. At the Customer field, enter the six-character customer code for the debit memo.

If you are uncertain of the customer code, see Navigating Net Yield - Selecting a Customer ID Code.

2. After selecting the appropriate customer, the customer's balance displays in the Account Balance field. A Select An Option window appears and allows you to exit, add a new debit memo for this customer, or select from a listing of debit memos previously entered in the system (if any) to view, or void it. Scroll to the debit memo that needs to be printed and press Enter to confirm your selection.

Note: If the debit memo is from a prior year the message "Warning: Prior Year Memo !!! Space Bar to Continue" will appear.

3. Command options will appear; select Print. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

 

Note: The Sales Rep and Broker fields will display only if commissions are set to yes in Ledger Options.
